WilliamsMarston Welcomes Dave Minker as Chief Information Officer

WilliamsMarston, a national leader in accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services, announced Dave Minker has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Based in Boston, Minker will lead WilliamsMarston’s overall technology strategy and IT operations, building on the firm’s existing capabilities to support its continued growth.

Minker brings more than 25 years of technology and transformation experience spanning professional services, financial services and managed IT services. In his new role, he will oversee the firm’s technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and technology partners, while working closely with teams across WilliamsMarston to further enhance the firm’s operations and client service delivery through technology, including AI.

“As WilliamsMarston grows, we are excited about making significant investments in technology and AI to make a real difference for our people and our clients,” said Sanjay Ramaswamy, Chief Executive Officer of WilliamsMarston. “Dave’s expertise in AI applications and experience leading IT organizations will help us scale our capabilities and ensure continued investments to support the firm’s growth.”

Most recently, Minker served as Global IT Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he led the technology portfolio supporting the AI transformation of the firm’s global Legal function across more than 90 offices worldwide. His work included deploying AI-enabled capabilities designed to automate workflows and improve how legal services were delivered across the organization. Previously, he served as CIO of Hanscom Federal Credit Union, leading a broad modernization of its technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business processes. Earlier in his career, Minker founded and led Apogee IT Services, a managed IT services business serving clients across financial services, healthcare, higher education, and professional services. He grew the business over more than a decade before selling it to a private equity firm in 2013.

“What excites me about this role is that it touches both the foundation of the business and where WilliamsMarston is headed next,” said Minker. “That means continuing to scale our systems, infrastructure, and security as the firm grows, while expanding the ways teams use AI and other tools to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and spend more time focused on clients. That’s where technology can have a real impact.”
