RDTS will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of GCubed, and its contracts, customers, and team will continue without interruption.

The acquisition expands GCubed’s technical capabilities, broadens its customer relationships across the Federal government, and strengthens the company’s position to compete for and deliver larger, mission-critical programs.
